DESCRIPTION:Cette conférence se déroulera en deux temps.\nNous analyserons d’abord le rapport entre les forêts et le cycle global du carbone : c’est l’étude des forêts tropicales qui nous a fait découvrir les liens entre le carbone forestier\, l’utilisation des terres et les moyens de subsistance des populations dépendantes de la forêt. Nous examinerons ensuite les politiques climatiques du Québec et du Canada en mettant l’accent sur la justice climatique.
