DESCRIPTION:Longtemps associées aux figures du vagabond\, du clochard\, du quêteux ou du robineux\, les personnes en situation d’itinérance ont toujours occupé les espaces publics des centres-villes des pays industrialisés. Mais au Québec\, les pressions socioéconomiques actuelles amplifient cette réalité et tendent à bouleverser nos rapports avec ces personnes dont nous percevons l’installation dans des lieux publics comme inconvenante\, menaçante ou potentiellement dangereuse.\nEst-il possible\, dans la société actuelle\, de mettre fin à l’Itinérance et de la prévenir? Les personnes en situation d’itinérance pourraient-elles intervenir dans l’analyse et l’élaboration des pistes de solution? La recherche sociale montre qu’on devrait soutenir leur organisation collective pour que ces personnes puissent négocier ensemble leur place dans la société. \nConférencier : Michel Parazelli\, Ph.
